About Danielle Morley
Hi, I'm Danielle
I'm an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in North Manchester, offering compassionate therapy for young people (16+) and adults — online or in person. I provide a warm, non-judgemental space to explore what's going on for you, whether that's anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma or emotional overwhelm.

My philosophy
At the core of my practice is a person-centred approach. I believe you are the expert on your own life. I won't rush you or try to fix you, but offer a calm, accepting space where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply.
Alongside this, I draw from CBT and Transactional Analysis when they feel helpful, giving you flexibility and choice in how we work together.
I believe that, with the right support, we all have the capacity for healing and growth. My aim is to walk alongside you — to truly listen and help you reconnect with your inner strength.
What it feels like
Working with me
Clients often describe me as gentle, steady and easy to talk to. I aim to create a space where you can take a deep breath, feel safe and begin to explore what's really going on — without judgement, pressure or expectation.
I bring over 15 years of experience working in mental health settings across Greater Manchester, supporting young people and adults. My background includes delivering structured CBT-based programmes such as the Thinking Skills Programme and CALM.
